A new source of stress seems to be related to computer messages. People want to keep up replying their messages and knowing about what other people do or don't do on the net.  In addition, there are zillions of PPS, and WAV files you do not want to miss and re-send to your friends.  How much money is being spent by paying employees to send personal messages, checking their social pages and updating their blogs? Internet is a valuable tool, just like a knife.  You can prepare and serve food by using it, but you can also get cut or even killed! I decided to close my facebook account, and I almost never check my Hi5.  I erase every message not addressed to me directlly, not dealing with me.  I have reached the point where I shout: "I am fed up with messages!"
